Henley Regatta, Timings for the Day

Thank you for confirming your attendance to the Henley Regatta on Friday 4th July, we have outlined below the format for the day:

Dietary Requirements: Please email andrewbailey@abrs.com should you have any specific dietary requirements or food allergies that we need to be aware of so we can inform the caterers before the day.

As The Temple Island Enclosure is near the start line at Temple Island it is quite a walk from Henley-on-Thames town centre so we have arranged for a 50 seater coach to collect all of us from Henley train station car park. The coach is from Harlequin Travel (So look out for the name on the side of the coach) and it will be picking us up at 10.30am

We will be at the station from 10am with everyone’s enclosure passes and given the popularity of the Regatta, it is really important that everyone tries to be on time as it is likely the coach will be asked to “move on” by 11am!

If you would prefer to make your own way to the venue please let me know and we will meet you there with your pass and email you a map.

The days activities run through to about 5pm (The bar will be open until 6.30pm) and everyone is welcome to continue to soak up the evening party atmosphere in Henley.

Dress code for the day is shirt and tie or similar. Ladies normally wear dresses or suits.

We have a limited number of Enclosure Parking Permits so if anyone is driving please can you let me know if you would like a Parking Pass allocated.
